Overall terrible experience. Thought I’d have to leave my kids behind because it took 18 2@weeks to get their passports (I already had mine) we were told not to expedite on April 6th because we were WELL in advance and we SURELY get it. We had to contact senators, Congress people, etc to try and get some help. The customer service was horrible. I was hung up in multiple times and when asked to make appointments they asked me to be in Hawaii, within hours from New York. Customer service was out of touch with reality and completely useless.
