Received passport after multiple calls to the 1 800#, two urgent emails were sent to my locator agency (9 and 12 Jun). Contacted my congressman and senator, no help! Passport was finally shipped after I was able to place call directly to my locator agency on Friday 16 Jun at 1545. The nice lady pulled my daughter’s passport and assured me that I will have the passport by Wed 21 Jun and I did. Her travel date was 22 Jun. Very stressful!
