Routine processing times in Mid Feb were well within our time budget.
Applied for expedited in April to be safe, no response.
No status change for 12 weeks, past our 11 week estimate. Contacted Congress reps. Called passport center two weeks before our trip.
Somehow on 5/25 passports were sent to AK, still processed routine, and mailed priority.
Received two business days before flight.

This is for minor’s 2nd passport. The whole process with expedited services & 1-2 day shipping took about 9 weeks. We are in CA. Requested the help from the senator’s office. Everything was fine with the docs but just the wait time is very long so be prepared and plan your trip well.
