I signed up for expedited service (including next day mail service to receive it back quickly) from the beginning and it took exactly 7 weeks before I received my passport. The online status remained for 90% of the time in “In Processing”. Trying to call in is a hopeless situation with calls getting an announcement that there are too many calls and just drops the call.
