After waiting for four weeks, contacted Senator Ossoff’s office for assistance.
Within two days, a live person from the USPS was on my case. Found the lost application somewhere in Atlanta (30303) and shipped express mail from 30303 to Irving, TX. It arrived at a PO BOX in Irving on 3/30/2024.
The passport agency accepted my application on 4/2/2024. The status changed to “Approved” on 4/16/2024. The locator # was 74xxxxxxx which is Atlanta. Passport received on 4/19/2024. The status changed to “We sent your supporting documents via First Class Mail on 04/30/2024.”
The email notification did not work.
