We used our county courthouse. We tried to use the USPS, but the website is awful and was not working properly. It was down a lot and would not allow us to make an appointment. We called the post office which was processing passport applications, but they could not make the appointment over the phone. I feel it was another reason to be dissatisfied with the quality of service from the USPS. We wasted a lot of time trying to use the USPS website to make the appointment.
