5/14/21 – Mailed application requesting Routine service (listed 9/1/2021 as date of travel on application)
5/16/21 – Received at facility
6/23/21 – Check cleared and status changed from Unavailable to Processing
8/13/21 – Application was approved and new passport shipped via USPS Priority mail
8/21/21 – Expected date to receive my new passport

FYI –
7/14/21 – Sent email asking for help to change from Routine to Expedited
7/27/21 – Received reply and sent off email requesting expedited servicing and mailing
with the understanding it could take 20 business days to process my request
8/15/21 – My credit card was not charged the $60 fee for change to Expedite nor the $17.70 for 2 day mail service
